Job Summary:
The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) seeks a collaborative and customerfocused PeopleSoft Systems Administrator to support PeopleSoft infrastructure and operations across the UW enterprise. This role operates in a dynamic environment and contributes to the implementation and rollout of new technologies, with an emphasis on automation, standardization, and crossteam collaboration. The PeopleSoft environments supported by this position enable critical enterprisewide applications. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, timemanagement, and decisionmaking skills. This position includes providing system support outside of regular business hours. DoIT provides core IT infrastructure services to the university, develops and implements services for the university and in some cases, for the Universities of Wisconsin, plays a major role in managing the state-wide higher education network and regional networks. This position is eligible for any of the following: 100% remote work; partial remote work; or fully on-site. Remote work requires an approved remote work agreement (RWA) agreement, which is reviewed and approved annually. An RWA requires successful candidates to possess their own high-speed internet and phone to perform the work on a university provided computer. Per University policy, transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee. Key Job Responsibilities:
Division of Information Technology, Enterprise Business Systems, ERP Administration Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) helps administrative units provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) services to UW-Madison and Universities of Wisconsin constituents. EBS groups are formed around the ERPs (HRS, SFS, Madison SIS, CRM) and key administrative units. EBS supports cloud applications, on-premise vendor solutions, and custom systems through business analysis, application design, programming, integration, testing and project management. ERP Administration provides system administration and database administration support for PeopleSoft and Oracle for the systems mentioned in the other groups in EBS. Additionally, the group supports Informatica, OBIEE, and ERPs local to other campuses. Compensation:Starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Well qualified applicants can expect to earn between $110,000 - $125,000, with final salary based on experience and qualifications.
