Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Employment Type: Temporary project assignment (end date to be determined)
• Work Environment: Warehouse/distribution setting with standing and walking throughout the shift

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate supports nightly shipping operations by building, staging, and securing pallets for transport. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency while handling repetitive lifting and working with load diagrams, product counts, and warehouse systems.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Stack mixed product cases onto pallets according to load diagrams or instructions
• Build stable, secure pallets to prevent damage during handling and transport
• Stage completed pallets in designated warehouse locations
• Wrap, strap, or label pallets as required
• Verify product counts and correct placement while stacking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and quality goals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous shipping experience required; pallet-building experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift and stack cases weighing 30-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong math skills and basic computer experience
• Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, twisting, standing, and walking
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Perform repetitive lifting of 30-50 pounds
• Work efficiently in a warehouse or distribution environment
