Role Summary Church & Dwight's Specialty Products Division (SPD) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Leader to lead the Americas Field Technical Services function for the AHAN business unit to be the key sales enablement function for the field sales teams. Reporting to the AHAN Americas Head of Sales this role will be responsible for leading this function across North and South America, as well as across all species and segments in the AHAN business. This leader will ensure necessary internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, etc.) and customers are trained and technically proficient, so sales targets are delivered. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,600-$201,600. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
