We areseekinga Senior Customer Program Manager (CPM) to join theCopilotAgents + PlatformEcosystem(CAPE) teamin theRedmond, WA area. The candidate will help us deliver world class Copilotextensibility,showcasesolutions at leading enterprise customers through scenario development, solutionenvisioning,architecture, and buildthe realization of Copilot agents andextensibility-basedsolutions. As the bridge between customerexperienceandCopilotengineering, this rolerequirestechnicalexpertiseas well asclose collaboration across a wide range of engineering and field teams to drive successful customer outcomes with the latest production and pre-production Copilot features and capabilities.It rewards program managers with agility and requiresrapid iteration and working indynamic andfast-paced environments. Responsibilities
- Qualify,developandmaintainrelationships witha portfolio ofenterprise customers, understanding their business needs,objectivesand implementationchallenges to unblockthe adoption of Copilot agents and extensibility.
- Through regular product briefings, roadmap sessions, discovery and envisioning activities, land the value and opportunity of agents and extensibility, helping inform customer strategy to maximize value realization.
- Lead and manage customerengagementsfocused on thedevelopment,deploymentand integration of Copilot agents, ensuring projectsmeetbusiness needs.
- Providedeeptechnical guidance, solutioningandassistanceto customers, helping them toleverageCopilot agents and extensibilitythrough the entire lifecycle from scenario discovery to build and implementation.
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product and engineering teams totriage,prioritizeanddrive continuous improvement in Copilot solutions.
- Monitor and report on the adoption and performance of Copilot agents, providing insights and recommendations to both customers andengineeringstakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to align customer needs with product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Measurements include the quality, the breadth, therepeatabilityand thenumber of successful deployments;customer satisfaction; and the quality and the number of public references, and how you help colleagues succeed.
- Ability to propose tech architecture and design based on customer/scenario requirements. Ability to develop a prototype todemonstratethe value of Copilot agents and extensibility.
- Core understanding of Copilot architecture and agent models for extensibility, such as the ability to customize UI, Orchestrator, or BYO foundational models/LLMs to help customers understand the key differentiations of Copilot & extensibility versuscompetitors.
- Hands on experience developing extensibility solutions forMicrosoft Copilot using Graph Connectors, Copilot Studio, Teams Toolkit, Visual Studio Code, Azure AI Foundry, with experience in deploying and managing AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in program management,solution architecture,consultingor technicalstrategywithinMicrosoft365.
- 2+ years of experience withlow code platforms likeCopilot StudioandPower Platform.
- 2+ years of experience with AI solutions (ex:Microsoft365 Copilot)-envisioning and building enterprise grade solutions using low code/no code platforms.
Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- 3+ years of experience withlow code platforms likeCopilot StudioandPower Platform.
- 3+ years of experience with AI solutions (ex:Microsoft365 Copilot)-envisioning and building enterprise grade solutions using low code/no code platforms.
Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
