Overview
The Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization delivers SME&C growth and market share across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security by capturing total addressable market (TAM) and accelerating cloud growth at scale through our Channel Sales partners. Our approach is grounded in Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) acceleration, co-sell execution, and performance accountability. We deliver our revenue and growth commitments by aligning execution with measurable impact, fostering partner transformation, and enabling scalable, outcome-driven growth through partners. As the Director - Business Management Global Channel Partner Sales, you will partner closely with the GCPS Leadership Team along with other leaders within the broader organization. You will have the opportunity to drive and influence the partner ecosystem transformation through near-term and long-term business planning while deeply collaborating with many teams on the business insights, operations, and processes to deliver on these future growth opportunities. Bringing broad and deep business acumen, sound decision-making and operational excellence to bear is essential in this role. Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
