The Opportunity

The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level and senior leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders at leading retail banks, regional banks, credit unions, card networks, and wealth & asset management firms to advise on digital strategy, customer-experience transformation, and data-driven growth.

Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, business cases, high-level architecture assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective to the organization, delivering vision, published thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do

As a Digital Strategy Analyst, you will partner with executives from Adobe's largest and most strategic financial services customers and Adobe sales leadership to drive alignment around a vision for how Adobe's technology can modernize customer acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and cross-sell journeys while improving operational efficiency and compliance. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional workstreams in support of strategic Adobe sales pursuits across Tier-1 and leading regional financial institutions.

In close collaboration with a cross-functional team of experts from consulting, financial services, and technology backgrounds, the role contributes to rigorous analyses, insight development, and delivery of executive-level recommendations. You will support customers in identifying and prioritizing GenAI and agentic use cases-such as personalized content generation, intelligent next-best-action orchestration, AI-assisted service workflows, and automated, compliance-ready content operations-and contribute to business cases and value models that quantify the impact of AI-driven productivity, faster time-to-market, improved conversion, and reduced operational cost. The role also supports development of executive narratives and roadmaps that integrate data platforms, content supply chains, and AI orchestration into a cohesive, scalable operating model.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent field
  • 2-3 years of management/technology consulting or digital agency experience, preferably in digital strategy
  • Interest in business strategy, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities or work/internship experience
  • Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts, including large language models, AI-assisted content generation, and intelligent automation, and how these capabilities apply to marketing, servicing, and operations in regulated industries
  • Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into business use cases, experience improvements, and operational efficiencies rather than purely technical features
  • Interest in how agent-based workflows can coordinate tasks across marketing, service, compliance, and content teams to accelerate execution and reduce manual effort
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levels
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
