Job Purpose and Overview The role of Network Engineer III is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services across Global Dawn, working with other engineers, vendors, and various IT Teams. This is achieved by planning and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization and in the cloud. The Network Engineer will lead the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training where required. Shift & Schedule: The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate system upgrades and maintenance outside of normal business hours. Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements: This is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of 1 day per week on-site at the Home Office in Jackson, Michigan, with additional on-site days as needed based on project requirements.
