Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Tempe, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Creates or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking.
  • Takes and delivers messages, provides information to callers, distributes and routes mail, packages, and paperwork.
  • Entry-level support individual contributor.
  • Work is closely supervised.
  • Work consists of routine tasks.
  • Explains facts and practices related to the job area.
  • Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
  • Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is needed.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work consists of routine tasks.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.00/hr.

Hours: 9/80.

Length: Temp to Direct (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with inventory management systems.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Computer skills.
  • ERP knowledge/experience.
  • Learnability.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
