As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. You will be visible throughout the location, provide excellent customer service, and act as a key point of contact for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the retail setting.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional Allied Universal presence.
• Collaborate with location management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
