Overview Na Ali'i is looking for a Recruiter that will have tactical and administrative responsibilities, supporting the talent acquisition initiatives of the Nakupuna Foundation Family of Companies. The Recruiter will be a team focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and will be a point of contact for hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with utilizing sourcing strategies and working with other Recruiters to leverage diverse high caliber candidates within an active and fast-paced recruiting process. Responsible for effectively and efficiently performing all related activities for the sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring of internal and external candidates. In partnership with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers, sources, selects, interviews, recommends and processes the placement of candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions. This position reports to the Human Capital Director as an integral member of the Human Resources team. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. | |||||||||||
