Position Title: CI Manager
Wage: Based on Experience We are seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager in Madison, WI to lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, increase efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role will identify opportunities, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction. Apply today! CI Manager Responsibilities: - Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other CI initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies - Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities across operations, supply chain, production and administrative processes - Develop and manage the organization's continuous improvement roadmap - Partner with leadership to align CI initiatives with business goals - Establish measurable KPIs and track performance improvements - Mentor and coach employees in CI tools, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and teamwork - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organizational capability - Drive adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions - Engage stakeholders at all levels to overcome resistance and sustain improvements Qualifications for CI Manager: - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred) - 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment - Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements - Ability to influence and engage across all organizational levels Key Competencies: - Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills - Data-driven decision making - Change leadership and stakeholder engagement - Continuous learning and adaptability Performance Metrics: - Achievement of process efficiency targets - Cost reduction and waste elimination outcomes - Improvement in customer satisfaction and quality performance - Employee engagement and adoption of CI practices | |
