What the Ideal Candidate will do:

• Assist with calibration activities for measurement and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support in reviewing new or revised processes for accuracy under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address quality-related issues, including customer concerns.
• Prepare and maintain First Article Inspection Reports/Packages with supervision.
• Prepare contract reviews for incoming production parts.
• Support in reviewing test results and dimensional inspections to confirm proper execution.
• Train to become a Designated Quality Representative (DQR) and provide support as needed.
• Help track, document, and coordinate the proper disposition of Customer Non-Conforming products.
• Assist in maintaining and communicating updates to Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs) and Work Instructions (QWIs).

• Must be a US Person (U.S Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident).
• Associate's degree in an engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Quality Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of quality control relevant experience required; strong internships and/or academic projects may be considered in lieu of direct experience.
• Must read and understand mechanical drawings and ANSI Y14.5 standard.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality processes is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented, strong communications skills, math skills,good mechanical aptitude, and strong computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. Experience with MRP/ERPpreferred.
