What the Ideal Candidate will do:


  • Process calibration activities for measurement and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support in reviewing new or revised processes for accuracy under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Coordinate in cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address quality-related issues, including customer concerns.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain First Article Inspection Reports/Packages.
  • Prepare contract reviews for incoming production parts.
  • Support in reviewing test results and dimensional inspections to confirm proper execution.
  • Train to become a Designated Quality Representative (DQR) and provide support as needed.
  • Track, document, and coordinate the proper disposition of Customer Non-Conforming products.
  • Maintain and communicate updates to Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs) and Work Instructions (QWIs).
  • Must be a US Person (U.S Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident).
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Quality Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant quality control experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Must read and understand mechanical drawings and ANSI Y14.5 standard.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality processes.
  • Must be detail oriented, strong communications skills, math skills,good mechanical aptitude, and strong computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. Experience with MRP/ERPpreferred.
