| Primary Function of Organizational Unit |
The Division of Student Affairs comprises over 30 departments, each responsible for providing various student support, services, and educational programs accessible to the university community. With over 300 full-time employees and over 1200 student workers, the Division supports Pirate success through environments that enhance student development, engagement, belonging, well-being, and career readiness. | Job Duties |
- Provide on-field care during club sport games, tournaments, events, and competitions
- Assess, treat, and manage both acute and chronic injuries for club sport athletes
- Deliver immediate and emergency care as needed
- Administer first aid and injury evaluations
- Apply preventative and post-injury taping and bracing
- Evaluate venue safety and activate the Emergency Action Plan or Lightning Plan when necessary

| Minimum Education/Experience |
- Athletic Training board certified
- Licensed in NC to practice AT by the time of start date
- Certified in CPR/AED/First Aid or BLS
- Ability to understand and communicate medical terminology with patients, parents, coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
