Position Overview

Nestle NutritionZone Americasisseekingpassionate andambitious individuals to join our Nutrition Businessasa Marketing Analyst. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who are passionate about advancing nutrition and making a meaningful impact on global health.Individualswillparticipatein a structured, multi-disciplinary rotational program, gaining comprehensive exposure tothebusinessand developing critical skills for long-term success.

Program Structure - Rotational Assignments

The Nutrition Business Trainee Program is an 18-month,immersive experiencecomprisingthree core rotations, each designed to provide hands-on learning and strategic business impact:

  1. Medical Affairs Rotation:

  • Engage in a comprehensive immersion within the medical field, developing a foundational understanding of the science behind nutrition and its real-world impact. This rotation emphasizes compliance with all relevantindustryand company standards.

  1. Sales Assignment:

  • Lead a commercial project frominceptionto execution, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes. Build commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  1. Marketing Assignment:

  • Participate in strategic, data-driven marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand and consumerexpertise. Supported by mentorship, formal training, and ongoing performance feedback.

  • Upon completion of this rotation, you will pursue exciting career opportunities in ourNutritionorganization.

Throughout the program, trainees will:

  • Rotate through key business areas to gain end-to-end exposure to the Nutrition business.

  • Design and implement high-impact projects that address business needs,identifytrends, and propose improvement strategies.

  • Participate in collaborative meetings, field visits, and internal discussions, contributing insights and building professional networks.

  • Receive comprehensive onboarding,participatein all required training and development activities, and engage in coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and storytelling skillsleveragingdata and business insights.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility and effective networks within teams.

  • Bilingualproficiency(Spanish/English) preferred.
