About the role: The Manager/Closing & Servicing is responsible for overseeing all closing, post-closing and servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans. This role ensures loans are closed accurately, funded timely, boarded correctly, and serviced in compliance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and internal policies. This position provides leadership to closing and servicing teams, drives operational efficiency, and ensures an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff. The position collaborates closely with underwriting, processing, and experience teams to ensure seamless end-to-end loan execution. This position has a starting annual rate of $82,300, but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferable skills.
