Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Location: Burr Ridge, IL, Danbury, CT, or Houston, TX. Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with talent acquisition and hiring managers to play an integral part in identifying and attracting inclusive talent to the company while managing our Intern Program.
What we offer you! * Competitive compensation * Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision and more) * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Paid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO)Employee discount programs * Career growth opportunities * Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level Salary Range- $ 69,750 to $ 102,300 (commensurate with industry experience) What you will be doing: * Develop & implement new partnerships with college career development offices, alumni associations, professional and diversity organizations to enhance the LG&E brand and create a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates. * Develop relationships with students, professors, college career development offices, alumni associations, professional and diversity organizations to maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates. * Lead campus teams in the development of effective recruitment strategies to attract talent and inspire engagement with students; coordinate & represent LG&E at career fairs and diversity-focused hiring events. Prepare employees for campus events and engagement. * Manage LG&E's Intern program to include recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and facilitation of program events, performance management, and the conversion process. * Develop and manage the post-offer engagement strategy for incoming summer intern hires and intern conversions. * Create, implement, and manage monthly reporting on diversity metrics for the leadership team. * Partner with talent acquisition teams in the development and execution of inclusive hiring strategies in support of hiring objectives for Non-Exempt roles. * Deploy effective sourcing strategies that deliver high-caliber talent for current and future hiring needs. * Find, engage, and source an inclusive pool of candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques. * Ensures search efforts reach an inclusive spectrum of candidates, with results that reflect labor market availability for ethnicity and gender within protected EEO job categories. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
What makes you great: * Bachelor's Degree * 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources * Prior experience with an Intern Program strongly preferred * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required. * Resourcefulness and the ability to manage complexity. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategies. * Effective written & verbal communication. * Strong presentation skills * Ability to lead and execute many projects and tasks in parallel. * Ability to influence and drive vision and purpose. * Willingness to travel 25% Why you will enjoy working with us: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.
