As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to support security-related protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and directions while adhering to site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and client protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies as they arise.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
