JDE EnterpriseOne ERP Systems Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Manage and support JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 modules across Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Financials.

  • Develop and customize solutions using JDE Development Tools, Orchestrations, BI Publisher, and UDO security.

  • Perform JDE CNC tasks including package builds and monthly server maintenance to ensure system reliability.

  • Oversee daily JDE operations, monitor performance, and resolve user tickets efficiently.

  • Configure handheld scanners and administer DSI Mobile Client version 9 with Mobile Enterprise Printing Platform.

  • Administer Salesforce, including user management, workflows, and reporting functions.

  • Manage Silvon/Stratum BI Reporting tools to deliver business intelligence and analytics.

  • Utilize SQL and MS Access for reporting, data analysis, and system integration support.

  • Perform regular Compliance Control tasks to ensure SOX Compliance.

  • Prepare and maintain system documentation.

YOU HAVE:

Academic background:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology preferred

Previous experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne ERP systems.

Skills:

  • Strong communicator (being able to discuss business processes with the people who do the job on a daily basis)

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical ERP specifications.

  • Specific experience with or knowledge of the following areas:

    • JDE version 9.2 including Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Financial modules

    • JDE Development Tools

    • SQL or MS Access proficiency

    • JDE Orchestrations experience

    • JDE BI Publisher experience

    • JDE CNC Tasks - package build, monthly server maintenance

    • JDE Operations - daily system operations, addressing/resolving tickets

    • Handheld Scanner configuration

    • DSI Mobile Client version 9 and Mobile Enterprise Printing Platform

    • Salesforce administration

    • Silvon/Stratum BI Reporting - administration

    • JDE UDO - creation and security.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and desire to learn.

  • Team player and collaborate easily with others in a global environment.
