Your Opportunity: Taymark, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join their team in White Bear Lake, MN! In this role, you'll be responsible for loading and maintaining product data in business systems that support Taymark's ecommerce, catalog, and directtocustomer operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain product data in Amazon Seller Central and internal business systems
  • Perform highvolume data entry related to products, pricing, promotions, and attributes to ensure information is accurate and customerready
  • Update existing product and order information as changes occur
  • Work with a large catalog of products across multiple lines of business
  • Support customer service and internal teams through chat and system updates
  • Collaborate with merchandising, purchasing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
  • Learn and work within multiple systems, including legacy platforms such as AS400, following established processes and procedures

You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, ecommerce support, or customer service operations
  • Comfort working in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and manage several tasks / projects at one time

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience working for a direct mail, website or catalog-driven business
  • Experience using workflow tools such as Teamwork and PJM
  • Familiarity with IBM iSeries / AS400-type systems

Theanticipatedhourly range for this position is $18-$21.The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
