Responsible for optimizing the clinical education and workforce development programs within the Radiology department. Supports employee engagement, development, and retention activities and reviews and analyzes workforce data. Assists in planning, implementation, analysis and management of Radiology residency programs and other education and training initiatives. Plans and participates in special projects and events including data management manipulation and presentation.

REQUIRED

1. Degree in Radiology
2. Five (5) years Radiology experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong project management, organizational and event planning skills.
5. Proficiency in creating educational content and delivering training.

PREFERRED

1. Previous experience in education, program coordination, or similar role.
2. Two (2) years of experience in a clinical Radiology setting
