Senior-level Analyst

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Senior-level Analyst to support the SRD Division. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide full-time analytical and engineering support to the SRD Division.

• Provide worldwide technical and engineering support for the US Army H-60 rotorcraft.

• Specializes in drivetrain vibration monitoring, rotor smoothing, and shaft balances.

• Provide analyst and engineering support for HUMS systems.

• Review data post changes to coefficients and algorithms.

• Review IVHMS field testing and engineering evaluation.

• Write test plans, collect test data, and evaluate test results.

• Attend meetings and provide analytical and engineering guidance.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High school and 19 years of experience.

• An acceptable alternative is a Bachelor of Science and 9 years of experience.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with user-level HUMS operations.

• Familiarity with US Army documents and manuals.

• Familiarity with US Army Helicopters with strong experience on the H-60 platform.Strong written and oral communication skills.
