Responsibilities Position Description: Responsible for leading the design and development of multiple applications for a large-scale Federal IT Program using Java and Spring-based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework in a continuous integration environment. Responsible for leading team(s) of software developers in implementing solutions and conducting detailed design reviews. On-site presence is required for a minimum of three days per week, as set by the client. Candidates must maintain flexibility to report on-site up to five days per week based on project or business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' IT experience or 6 years with a Master's, 3 years with a PhD or Associate's degree and 10+ years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12+ years' experience.

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
