Seasonal Merchandiser - Bakersfield, CA

Our Retail Sales team facilitates this by servicing, merchandising, and promoting sales of products, as well as building customer loyalty by listening, answering questions, and assisting them in selecting products based on their needs.

As a Seasonal Merchandiser, your biggest priority is completing store visits. Upon arriving at each of your designated stores, you will:

• Check in with a department leader or store associate

• Walk through the store to assess inventory levels and request backstock

• Fill displays and stock shelves

• Assist customers when needed

• Complete other projects as instructed

• Clean up the work area

• Check out with a department leader or store associate

While our training will set you up for success, there are a fewskills/experienceyou should already have:

• High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience.

• Motivation and drive to succeed.

• Clear and professional communicationskills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Availability toworka flexible schedule,including weekends and evenings.

• Willingnessto travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed.

  The hourly range for this role is $19.50- $26.25.An employee's pay within the hourly range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs.This position is not eligible for an annual merit increase, incentive compensation, or a comprehensive benefits package.
