Description MaineHealth CorporateManagement/Leadership We are excited to welcome a Manager (RN) - Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Integrity (aCDI) to our growing ambulatory CDI team. In this newly created leadership role, you will guide a talented team (15+ RN Care Team Members) as you collaboratively drive meaningful impact across our highvalue, patientfocused workflows. We are building a bestpractice program rooted in excellence, innovation, and a commitment to improving outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of risk adjustment and valuebased care methodology, solid knowledge of CMS regulations related to risk adjustment and billing, and exceptional communication skills. Certification in documentation integrity, riskadjusting coding, and familiarity with quality measures is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position based in our Westbrook, Maine office, with limited hybrid flexibility. Summary: The ACDI Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating ambulatory clinical documentation improvement initiatives across the organization. This role ensures documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. The manager supports system-level objectives, supervises ACDI staff, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to enhance data integrity and care quality.
