The Opportunity

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!

This position requires someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end to end.

What You'll Do:

Shape the Product Roadmap:Develop and maintain a 9-18+ month roadmap, prioritizing key themes and adapting as business needs evolve. Build clear, businessfocused cases to support prioritization and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Deliver Results:Translate long-term strategies into actionable plans. Guide cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

Collaboration:Partner with engineering, QA, and internal customers to define technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and test plans. Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Influence and Communicate:Engage with partners at multiple levels, including Sr. Directors, to present concepts, business rationale, and key findings. Leverage a deep understanding of business strategy to influence decision-making and gain alignment.

What is need to succeed

Education & Certifications:Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in an equivalent; certifications in Scrum and business change management are a strong plus.

Experience:5+ years of full-time, meaningful, and relevant work experience, including significant exposure to pricing strategies and AI-assisted solutions. Experience in pricing-focused roles and using AI for predictive analytics or optimization is highly desirable.

Analytical Expertise:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, determine root causes, and propose data-driven resolutions.

Communication & Influence:Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to engage internal customers at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to influence decisions through clear articulation of business rationale and technical insights.

Adaptability & Leadership:Demonstrated confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Outlook:Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning, especially in emerging technologies like AI and machine learning..

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
