We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates for hands-on Electrical & Mechanical Assembly roles. This is a structured, team-based environment focused on quality, safety, and repeatable processes.

- 2nd Shift Assembly Lead
- Mechanical Assembler
- Class 3 Electrical Assembler
- Wire Harness Assembler
- Wire Processing Technician
Place candidates based on skill level; duties vary by role.
Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Pay: $18 to $23 per hour, depending on role and experience

Core Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
- Perform Electrical Assembly and/or mechanical assembly tasks
- Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
- Conduct soldering and re-work per IPC standards (where applicable)
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Inspect and test assemblies during and after production
- Support wire harness assembly, wire processing, kitting, and packaging
- Follow documented quality, safety, and process standards

- Have prior experience in Electrical Assembly, wiring, soldering, or manufacturing (level-dependent)
- Can follow detailed instructions and maintain documentation
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical: Standing/sitting, manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 lbs (role-dependent), ability to accurately identify color.
