Role Overview

We're looking for a social media specialist to support the daytoday execution of social content, publishing, reporting, and community engagement across two brands. You'll report directly to the Channel Marketing Manager, Social, and work closely together to bring strategies to life and keep our channels consistent, timely, and on brand. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone beginning their social career who loves writing, creating content, and executing day-to-day social operations. This hybrid role is based in Nashville.

Your Impact

Content Creation & Publishing



  • Draft captions, short-form copy, and employee posts
  • Repurpose content (pull quotes, clip short videos, prep assets)
  • Format, schedule, and publish posts across platforms
  • Support filming needs (Broll, quick clips, event footage)
  • Support localized social content production


Community Management



  • Monitor comments, tags, mentions, and reviews
  • Flag risks or important engagement opportunities
  • Draft simple responses and escalate when needed
  • Monitor social listening and trends on social media


Project & Workflow Support



  • Manage tasks, deadlines, and approvals in Monday.com
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams
  • Support campaign execution and crossfunctional communication


Analytics & Reporting



  • Pull performance data from Sprout, DSMN8, LinkedIn, and GA4
  • Build simple reports and weekly/monthly reports
  • Surface insights that help guide content direction


Employee Advocacy & Platform Support



  • Upload content to DSMN8, our employee advocacy platform, and help onboard new users
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for employees
  • Curate content for advocacy programs


Online Reputation



  • Serve as community manager across several profiles promptly responding to comments, reviews, and messages
  • Flag risks to HR + leadership
  • Manage Google review campaigns
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles
  • Manage social listening + Reddit
  • Prepare data for monthly reporting


Your Experience



  • 1 year of experience in social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X etc.), content, or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social platforms and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable with basic video clipping/editing tools
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Based in Nashville with ability to work hybrid
  • Experience/familiarity in B2B marketing

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
