About this opportunity: Join our Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Total Rewards team as the BEWS Benefits Manager. In this role, you will lead the benefits strategy and execution. BEWS has hybrid benefits policies across multiple countries, and you will have a special focus on harmonizing those benefits across the broader Ericsson organization. You will work across geographies, local HR teams, legal, finance, total rewards, and external suppliers to finalize harmonization decisions, implement changes that may include benefit reductions and tradeoffs, and design durable, compliant local frameworks where full integration is not possible.
