Welcome to the Global Plan to Produce (P2P) team...

At Novonesis we are using SAP as our ERP system and the Global P2P team is responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence across all our 30+ production sites including Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, and Execution, related systems and processes. Post merger of Novozymes and Christian Hansen, we are merging the two legacy systems at the same time as upgrading to SAP S4Hana. The P2P team is driving standardization and harmonization across these areas.

Novonesis is engaged with multiple CMOs globally to support our external manufacturing strategy, but today, the system coordination is fragmented and not streamlined.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

Translating strategic visions with operational details. You will translate and link CMO arch-types to practical operational processes, leveraging your deep understanding of end-to-end processes, master data, and SAP functionalities. And you will not just design - you will train, measure and enforce global standards, now and in the future.

You will also be supporting standardization and harmonization of how we work with CMOs in Novonesis. You will ensure business requirements are met, and that processes support a seamless way of working, while generating intelligence for decision making.

Further you will:

• Work closely with your P2P specialist colleagues in the team to understand how SAP functionalities support CMO system coordination.
• Collaborate with the Global CMO Management office to understand the business rationales for maintaining CMO relationships.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Sourcing, and Quality to capture requirements and develop standardized and harmonized solutions catering to the needs.
• Provide analytics on performance metrics such as production performance, product costs, logistics execution and more.
• Be able to communicate complex problems and topics in a clear and concise manner to relevant technical as well as non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users have a comprehensive understanding of systems and supporting tools.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CMOs.
• Practical experience with SAP or similar systems with experience in specifying, documenting, testing, and teaching SAP functionalities.
• An analytical mindset with experience in process optimization, KPI development, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational understanding, communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Established track record as a motivated and hands-on professional with a strong sense of urgency to meet business targets.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person you are structured, decisive, and independent, with the ability to establish overview, prioritize and coordinate between several stakeholders.
