Patent Prosecution & Litigation - Electrical Engineering & Software or Mechanical Engineering Patent Agent - Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville

Candidates will have between 4 or more years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting. Candidates will have a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field. Candidates must have experience with thermodynamics, electro-mechanical products, and/or HVAC systems. Knowledge and experience with other forms of intellectual property are a plus.

We seek candidates who are driven, possess a desire to develop and invest in their careers and the Firm, desire to work with a national/international client platform, and demonstrate superior client service ability. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities. All candidates must be registered with the USPTO.
