**About the Role**

As a User Experience Designer, you will lead end-to-end design initiatives, transforming complex workflows into intuitive and accessible experiences. You'll be at the forefront of integrating AI into your design processes and product features, unlocking new avenues for innovation and strategic thinking. This role offers the chance to work with a talented team dedicated to building systems that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy, contributing directly to the success of a globally recognized enterprise.

**What You'll Do**

* Lead end-to-end UX design for web-based products, from concept to launch.

* Evaluate design performance through rigorous user research, usability testing, and performance metrics.

* Explore and strategically integrate AI into work processes and product features to foster innovation and strategic thinking.

* Simplify complex processes, translating intricate data and workflows into glanceable, obvious, and user-friendly interfaces.

* Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive specifications.

* Iterate rapidly on design solutions, developing multiple alternatives and refining them based on user feedback and technical constraints.

* Apply established design patterns to ensure consistency across products and accelerate development for partners.

* Advocate passionately for design decisions, supporting your recommendations with user research, business goals, and technical feasibility.

* Present and articulate design work effectively to product teams, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders.

* Collaborate with a diverse team of designers and researchers, contributing to a supportive and inspiring design community.

**Qualifications**

* 4-6 years of professional experience in User Experience Design.

* Proven expertise in UX wire-framing and prototyping.

* Strong background in primary UX research, particularly qualitative observational research.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly.

* Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder management.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex interactive design concepts persuasively to diverse audiences.

* A self-starter mentality, customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, working effectively with highly technical teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.

* Experience with design and research tools such as Figma, Dovetail, and AI-powered design tools.

* Previous experience in an enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) industry setting.
