Your Impact
As the Global Director of Finance Operations, Accounting & Payroll you will serve as the senior leader responsible for the firm's global Accounting and Payroll service operations, overseeing a ~400 FTE organization primarily out of our India shared services center.
Your role combines enterprise stewardship with strategic leadership driving continuous improvement, evolving talent and capabilities, strengthening risk and control environments, and tech-enabling our Finance Operations operating model to support the firm's growth and increasing complexity.
Collaborating closely across Finance (e.g. Controllership, Tax, Regional and Cell Finance, etc) and with key firm functions, including HR, Procurement, and Compliance, to ensure strong integration and effective end-to-end delivery, you will be a primary interface to senior stakeholders, providing clear executive communication on performance, risks, and priorities, and acting as a trusted thought partner on operational strategy and transformation.

Day to day you will provide enterprise leadership and strategic direction for our firm's global Accounting and Payroll service lines, ensuring high-quality delivery at scale. This includes general accounting, payroll, expense reimbursement, accounts payable as well as other cross functional capabilities (e.g. audit, QA, data quality, etc). You'll serve as a senior interface to firm and functional leadership, managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving alignment on priorities, risks, and investments.
