Join Adobe's exciting Content and Approvals team at Workfront as a Senior Product Manager. Drive strategy and execution of scalable workflows for content creation, approval, and delivery, partnering with engineering teams to improve the Workfront product and overall GenStudio app connections.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the GenStudio product team to strategize and build improved content flows across the GenStudio solution, enabling seamless, efficient creation, review, and delivery experiences.
  • Contribute to the advancement of AI workflows within the content and approvals domain, finding opportunities to integrate intelligent automation to streamline enterprise marketing processes.
  • Promote AI-centric innovation-including conversational interfaces, intelligent automation, and content enrichment workflows-to revolutionize how enterprises produce, evaluate, deliver, and reuse content.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features
  • Operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels: build 12-month roadmaps and monitor industry trends while diving into individual epics and detailed implementation with engineering.
  • Maintain healthy product backlogs through prioritization, refinement, and ongoing alignment with business goals.
  • Perform rapid prototyping with vibe coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code) to quickly validate ideas with customers and collaborators.
  • Work together with customers and internal colleagues to collect insights, confirm solutions, encourage adoption, and support revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and new technologies to keep Adobe at the forefront of content operations, agentic experiences, and content workflows powered by artificial intelligence.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional enterprise software initiatives.
  • Proven capability to work across strategic vision (e.g., multi-year roadmaps) and tactical implementation (e.g., epics, user stories, and rapid prototyping).
  • Experience in quick prototyping to validate customer needs and concepts, including practical use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (preference given to those familiar with Claude Code)
  • A background in UX or equivalent experience is highly valued.
  • Outstanding product sense combined with strong build intuition to guide intuitive, user-centered solutions.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to lead projects autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and sustain progress.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with the ability to influence and align engineering, build, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership up and down the organization.
  • Experience driving platform services or ecosystems that operate across multiple product surfaces or applications.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a bias toward measurable impact.
  • Passion for AI and solving enterprise marketing challenges, enabling marketing teams to work smarter, faster, and at scale.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
