Description

Network Health's success is rooted in its mission to create healthy and strong Wisconsin communities. Network Health is seeking a Sales Coordinator. This position is responsible for oversite and management of sales activities related to the promotion of Network Health as well as the day-to-day administrative operations of the department. This position also provides executive-level support for designative executives and department leaders.

General responsibilities include preparation of statistical reports and executive level reports, responding to information requests and managing calendars. The role also supports the coordination and completion of proposals and provides budget-related assistance, including processing sales invoices and expense reports.

This position additionally assists with coordinating Network Health events and managing promotional inventory to support successful event execution.

Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. With our hybrid workplace model, this position is eligible to work 3 days a week at your home office (reliable internet is required), and 2 days a week at our corporate office in Menasha.

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to department leaders, including calendar management, expense reporting, attending and taking meeting minutes, processing department invoices, monitor inboxes, faxes and mail.
  • Coordinates Network Health events, including broker meetings, retention events, golf outings, sporting events, community events.
  • Engage the broker community through event coordination and on-site event presence.
  • Manage, inventory and order promotional items as needed for sales-related functions.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, system processing, and coordinating policies and desk level procedure updates.
  • Prepare reporting deliverables, including but not limited to statistical reports.


Job Requirements:



  • Associate degree in secretarial science, business administration or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' experience in health insurance and or a sales related field
  • Insurance license preferred
