Job Summary

The Assembler III will be responsible for assembling and testing components to create finished products. You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assembly of nano-positioning, electro-mechanical devices and controllers.
• Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, technical drawings and schematics.
• Preparing and assembling components to create finished products.
• Operating equipment and hand tools used in the assembly process.
• Inspecting and testing products in process to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process.

Requirements

• Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating equipment in manufacturing.
• Have mechanical and electrical assembly abilities, soldering experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions with general reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds.
• Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay rate for this role is 23.00 USD per hour based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
• Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
