What you will do:

As a Product Operations Leader, you will serve as the operational backbone for multiple products across the portfolio, enabling Engineering Managers and crossfunctional teams to deliver efficiently, predictably, and with financial discipline. You will manage endtoend operational processes-from delivery tracking, governance documentation, and spend management to vendor engagement, timesheet oversight, and invoice reconciliation.

How you will do it:

  • Delivery & Execution Support

  • Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple product teams.

  • Support Engineering Managers with sprint/iteration reporting and resource planning.

  • Track progress against product roadmaps and surface KPIs.

  • Technology Spend & Governance

  • Own intake, submission, and tracking of TSM requests.

  • Drive CAR documentation requirements.

  • Align spend requests with finance, procurement, and architecture guidelines.

  • Vendor & Partner Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of vendor resources.

  • Manage vendor SOWs, extensions, and capacity planning.

  • Timesheets, Invoices & Financial Controls

  • Review contractor and vendor timesheets.

  • Reconcile timesheets with invoices.

  • Support finance with accruals and audits.

  • CrossFunctional Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate communication across engineering, finance, procurement, and product teams.

  • Own operational artifacts including status reports and spend dashboards.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements.

  • Standardize repeatable operational processes.

What we look for:

  • 5-8 years of Product Operations, Program Management, or Technology Operations experience.

  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows.

  • Excellent communication and financial acumen.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and timesheet/invoice controls.

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer or Information Science

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
