What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you'll be the primary architect of Trimble's manufacturer ecosystem, directly influencing the data accuracy that millions of MEP professionals rely on daily. You won't just manage accounts; you will innovate by integrating AI technologies to enhance partner usability and solve complex supply chain puzzles, truly "self-authoring" your success within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Champion your own portfolio of manufacturer relationships, acting as the primary liaison to enhance data quality and partner loyalty.

  • Integrate AI technologies to revolutionize manufacturer partnerships, streamlining data ingestion and improving overall system efficiency.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Content Operations, Sales, and Distributor Advocacy teams to ensure seamless data accuracy from input to output.

  • Solve high-impact data challenges by analyzing manufacturer interaction metrics and designing systems that improve partner satisfaction.

  • Lead meaningful industry dialogue through deep-level meetings with external stakeholders to identify core issues and implement strategic improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Customer Experience or Success, with a track record of turning partner feedback into actionable business insights.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external teams.

  • A self-starter mindset with superior prioritization skills and the agility to pivot in a fast-moving environment.

  • High technical aptitude, including an understanding of how AI can be leveraged to improve operational efficiency.

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or Construction Supply Chain industries.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools or CRM systems used to track partner health and engagement.

Logistics:
  • Location: San Diego, CA (In-office 4 days a week)

  • Travel Requirement: 10% (Occasional travel for manufacturer meetings and industry events)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
