Position:Loan Officer - Business Purpose & Consumer Lending Location:Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid/In-Office) Employment Type:Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation:$60,000 base + per-loan commission (expected $120K-$150K+) Overview Vaco ispartnering with arapidly growing mortgage lenderthat's expanding its team in Jacksonville. Key Responsibilities Manage ahigh volume of inbound and warm leadsto generate new loans - no cold calling required. Conduct30-100+ calls per day, qualifying borrowers and guiding them through the loan process. Originate a mix ofbusiness purpose(DSCR, fix & flip, rental, construction) andtraditional consumermortgages. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of applicants, ensuring timely submission and closing. Collaborate closely with processing, underwriting, and operations teams to maintain efficiency and service quality. Deliver an outstanding borrower experience while meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals. Compensation Base Salary:$60,000 Commission: $1,000 per closed loan (company-provided leads) $1,500 per closed loan (self-sourced) Paid per unit, not loan size Total Expected Earnings:$120K-$150K+ for strong performers Qualifications 2+ years of recent experience inmortgage sales or lending, preferably in ahigh-volume call-center or lead-based environment. Working knowledge ofDSCR, non-QM, fix & flip, and investor-focused productsstrongly preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills; comfort handling multiple platforms and CRM tools. Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented- able to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. Must be located in or nearJacksonville, FLand available to work3-4 days per week in-office.
