As an Allied Universal officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage access control by checking credentials, issuing badges, and guiding visitors and employees. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor activity, and document security-related concerns while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic to appropriate locations.
• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial location, including monitoring entry and exit points and reporting irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting details, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Complete required logs and reports such as visitor records, access logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A State, County, or City issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
