As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and badging, respond to calls for service, and deliver professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, work areas, parking lots, loading areas, and perimeter points; note unusual conditions and report concerns per post orders.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and supporting visitor management processes as assigned.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with onsite contacts and/or emergency services as directed and complete required reports.
• Operate site communication and monitoring tools such as radios, phones, and camera systems when assigned; document patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance issues in logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
