Your role

Mission

Help grow the Optimization business through different support activities within each product category

Roles and Responsibilities



  • The responsibilities encompass the following aspects of the business:
  • Provide day-to-day support, documentation, updates and follow up for all AIRnet and Energy Transformation design layout activities.
  • (Digital) Marketing: campaigns, promotions, webinars, developing local marketing material and sales tools for all OES products.
  • Identify prospects for channel partners (distributors and re-sellers for all OES products).
  • Support AIRscan Optimization Platform and follow up on leads and opportunity activities from audit recommendations.
  • Maintain and created updated price lists and pricing tools for all OES products.
  • Create distributor/installer mapping.
  • Support BDM activities to promote OES products to SSM's, equipment sales teams and distributors.
  • Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
  • Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


To succeed, you will need

  • Three or more years of relevant field experience in sales support and marketing, preferably with compressors and service. Experience working in a fast-paced customer focused environment, handle highly demanding workloads, and manage simultaneous tasks. Familiarity with Auto-Cad is a plus.
  • High School diploma, some college preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. It is also essential to be a motivated, focused, self-driven team player with a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our corporate office, Rock Hill, SC.
