As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site staff, document observations, and respond to situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, perimeter fencing, and trailer yards; document observations and report maintenance or policy concerns.
• Control access at gates, guard shacks, and/or building entrances by checking identification, verifying appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining logs for drivers, deliveries, and contractors.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and radio traffic as assigned; help to identify unusual activity and coordinate notifications to site leadership and/or local authorities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with traffic flow for trucks, responding to disturbances, and completing accurate incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
