As a Security Officer - Area Patrol Driver in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting an aerospace and defense location where your presence and professionalism help reduce security-related issues. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay visible, and document and report observations with clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, work areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Control access points by monitoring entry and exit, verifying identification and/or credentials when required, and directing visitors according to site procedures.
• Complete routine reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
