As a Security Guard - Logistics Patrol Overnights in Mesquite, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, report concerns, and deliver clear, professional customer service and communication to team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, vendors, and drivers; assist with visitor sign-in and direct traffic flow as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications and documenting events per site protocol.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues; complete required reports and utilize security-related systems such as CCTV, radios, and access control tools as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
