Job Posting: Customer Service Representative Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join a fastpaced call center team. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries related to prior authorizations, general benefit questions, and sensitive member information. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer support while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
