| Essential Job Duties |
The Client Solutions Manager serves as the primary liaison between developers and clients/end users, ensuring technology solutions are successfully tested, deployed, and adopted. This role is responsible for translating client needs into actionable requirements, coordinating testing and deployments, and managing client relationships throughout the full service lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in ensuring positive client experiences, effective communication across stakeholders, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that support organizational operations.
Client Relationship Management & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and act as the primary liaison between internal development teams and clients/end users.
- Gather, clarify, and communicate client requirements, expectations, and progress updates to ensure alignment throughout testing and deployment phases.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to understand current needs, anticipate future requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns during testing, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
Testing, Deployment, and Implementation Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute alpha and beta testing phases for new technology solutions, ensuring feedback is systematically collected and addressed prior to full deployment.
- Develop and manage deployment roadmaps in collaboration with clients and production teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Lead the planning and coordination of technology rollouts, ensuring smooth integration for both pilot testing and final deployments.
- Collaborate with internal development and production teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications and project objectives.
Post-Deployment Support, Training, and Continuous Improvement
- Provide ongoing support during deployment and post-deployment phases to ensure a positive client experience and resolution of issues.
- Gather and analyze client feedback following deployments to inform future product development and service improvements.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support user adoption and effective use of technology solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery, testing efficiency, and client satisfaction.
This position is located in Beltsville, MD.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Masters and 1-2 yrs experience; or Bachelors and 2-4 yrs experience
|
| Other Required Qualifications |
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including alpha/beta testing and technology deployment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical clients.
- Experience in defining project scope, working with cross-functional teams, and managing client expectations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide proactive solutions during the testing and deployment process.
