The ASR Group family of companies make up the world's largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar. ASR Group companies also produce and market Tellus, a single-use, compostable tableware and foodservice product made from plant fibers, including sugarcane. OVERVIEW The Product Data & Insights Coordinator reports directly to the Product Data Manager. This position is responsible for supporting New Product Development (NPD) by transforming product, quality, regulatory, and project data into clear, usable insights. This role maintains accurate information in SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), strengthens specification and data governance processes, and helps cross functional teams use these systems more effectively. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Data Management & Analysis * Extract, validate, and analyze data from SAP, PLM, and related systems. * Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues. * Support ad hoc data needs for new products, reformulations, packaging changes, and regulatory/quality reviews. Specification & PLM Support * Maintain accurate product and packaging specifications in PLM. * Ensure regulatory, quality, and technical attributes meet compliance and documentation requirements. * Support PLM workflow governance, approvals, and change management. Training & Cross Functional Development * Train teams (Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations) on PLM and specification processes. * Develop job aids, guides, and best practice documentation to improve system adoption. * Act as a PLM resource for users across the organization. System Auditing & Process Optimization * Perform regular audits of PLM data, workflows, and documentation. * Identify areas for improvement and recommend process and system enhancements. * Support continuous improvement and stronger data governance. Operations Implementation Support * Explore and support the extension of PLM/specification processes into Operations facilities. * Partner with Operations teams to assess readiness, documentation needs, and alignment with corporate standards. * Help improve consistency between corporate and facility level data practices. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Experience with ERP or PLM systems (SAP preferred). * Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Python, or advanced Excel. * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across multiple priorities. * Knowledge of the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
