Position Summary:
This opportunity is within the St. Pierre USA team, which is part of Grupo Bimbo.St. Pierre is a fast-growing, insurgent premium brand in the in-store bakery category with the backing of the world's largest bakery company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven operator who can synthesize data into automated selling tools, deliver actionable insights, and enable our sales team to execute flawlessly with major US grocery retailers.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, digs deep into data, and turns complexity into clarity.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (retailer POS, syndicated data like IRI/Nielsen, and systems such as 85.51 and Vendor Portals).
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPI's: revenue, trade spend ROI, forecast accuracy, and promotional performance.
  • Distill data into key points and actionable decisions for both sales colleagues and sales & commercial leadership.
Forecasting & Planning:
  • Support account teams with accurate sales forecasting, trade spend planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Maintain and optimize sales tracking systems to ensure data integrity and timely reporting
Sales Enablement:
  • Create tools, templates, and training materials to improve selling effectiveness and storytelling for account managers.
  • Partner with Category & Insights to integrate data-driven narratives into customer presentations.
Pricing & Promotions:
  • Support Sales, Finance, and Category Management in recommending pricing and promotional plans aligned to revenue, margin, and volume targets.
  • Own promotional analytics, including lift, ROI, post-event analysis, and cannibalization to optimize promo depth, frequency, and mechanics.
  • Monitor pricing and promotional compliance and execution, identifying gaps between planned and actual performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align operational processes and ensure flawless execution.
Technology & CRM Management:
  • Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) for pipeline tracking, quota management, and incentive plan administration.
  • Lead recommendation and implementation of sales tools and automation for reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to achieve specific objectives/outcomes and set/meet key initiatives

Education and Work History:
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Analytics or Revenue Operations within CPG/FMCG or grocery retail
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong proficiency in syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and retailer-specific systems (i.e. 8451, Luminate)
  • Strong knowledge of US retailer dynamics
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude - comfortable working in ambiguity and driving initiatives independently.
  • Ability to network within broader organization to remain abreast of Bimbo technology and resources.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • BONUS: Familiarity with trade spend management.
