W2 ONLY, NO C2C Senior* level Product Manager* Description Objective: Support the strategic discovery, planning and transition of the subscriptions engineering and product management back-end work. Scope of Work: Coordination: Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate routine status reporting. Assessment: Document and engage in the discovery, results, recommendations, risks, effort assessment, backlog development Visibility: Create and maintain documentation for stakeholder and leadership progress reviews. Framework: Establish the transition roadmap, organizational Operating Model, governance plan and RACI matrix to ensure organized transition Job Description * 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, guiding stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and internal collaboration with technical teams. * Proven success leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives in a matrixed organization * Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workflows, including data ingestion, modeling, and visualization * Strong communicator comfortable working with executive and technical stakeholders alike * Comfortable writing user stories, creating test plans, and validating datasets * Experience working in Agile environments with Jira or similar tools Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
